PSI Myanmar continues to play a major role in eliminating key communicable diseases, such as HIV/TB, Malaria and Family health by working with both formal and non-formal community-based private health providers.  PSI Myanmar also works in tackling important emerging health issues, including non-communicable diseases (NCDs), mental health and injuries related to accidents and violence. PSI Myanmar provides range of health services to targeted populations through local implementing partners by providing technical support and fund management. On the demand side, PSI implements communications campaigns, which serve to develop good health practices and to increase people’s demand for and use of quality health products and services. On the supply side, PSI implements programs which expand the range of affordable, quality products and services available in private sector settings.
